From first inquiry to final purchase, our mission is to make the buying experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable, while helping each rider find a trusted equine partner they can feel confident in.
We, at North Wind Farm, are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our horses. We guarantee that our horses are in good health and sound condition at the time of sale. This guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Terms and Conditions:
1• Soundness:
- We guarantee that our horses are free from any lameness or soundness issues at the time of sale. If any soundness issues arise within the 30-day period, the buyer must provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian.
2• Exclusions:
- This guarantee does not cover any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that occur as a result of mishandling, neglect, or accidents after the horse has left our care.
- Pre-existing conditions that were disclosed to the buyer at the time of sale are not covered under this guarantee.
3• Claims:
- In the event of a valid claim, the buyer has the option to return the horse for a full refund or select a replacement horse of equal value, subject to availability.
4• Return Process:
- If the horse is to be returned, the buyer must do so within the 30-day period. The horse must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, barring any health or soundness issues covered under this guarantee.
